Definition

Implements the netkernel: scheme to allow reading and writing of NetKernel state. Not all components can be written to.

Available operands URIs are:

netkernel:module-list	true	Deployed Modules document. Installer applications may add or remove from this list. See the Tuning Guide for more details.
netkernel:init-hooks	true	The initialisation hooks to be called when the container starts.
