XML Security Technologies

The 1060 NetKernel offers a number of XML security technologies in the ext_security module. These include XML Signature and Signature verification, XACML XML Access Control, MD5 XML hashing, GUID documents.

Please note: It is straightforward to create XML applications that use security technologies however it is essential to configure the system correctly so that an XML application that uses security operations is running in a trustworthy environment. We strongly recommend reading the Security Guide before deploying secure applications.
